Demuth Business Partner GmbH was established in 2004 and has its origins in marketing of own Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs). In 2013 the company became part of the Norwegian Toll Charger Bro og Tunnelselskapet AS in Bergen.
As part of the upcoming nationalization BT Signaal in 2014 withdrew from the markets of Central and Eastern Europe and Demuth Business Partner was fully taken over by the former minority shareholders Christoph Demuth and Franz Rankl.
The company retained its stake in the Macedonian design and creative company BTS Art Faktori DOO in Skopje. As part of a tolling project in Russia, the company participated in Stratum Traffic Engineering GmbH, a subsidiary of the traffic engineering firm Stratum OÜ in Tallinn.
The cooperation with the marketing specialist Andreas Kelsch active in the textile sector was further intensified and culminated in a participation in the consulting company Westend Global DOO in Skopje together with the textile entrepreneur Nenad Makelarski.
In 2017, the business premises were relocated to the Weisenheimer Hub in Vienna.
